The home was procured under a JCT Prime Cost Contract. Magnitude’s role was to ensure that value was being achieved on every sub-contract package, together with management of payment applications and commercial contractual matters. Magnitude worked alongside the Interior Designers to ensure that the Employer was making cost informed specification choices.
