Magnitude acted as Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent on this bespoke change of use development.

The project consists of the construction of 4 new build apartments within an existing office space in the North West of England. Magnitude’s involvement commenced during a negotiated tender between the developer and Main Contractor. Magnitude added value in the negotiated process by ensuring that Client risks were mitigated and best value was obtained through an open-book tendering procedure. Magnitude’s role extended to Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors in the post contract period.
