The project consisted of the construction of 64 apartments in the North West of England. Magnitude were responsible for procurement and tendering advice in the pre-contract periods prior to placing the JCT Contract. Magnitude’s role extended to Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors in the post contract period.
