Magnitude’s involvement commenced at concept by providing feasibility studies and cost planning through RIBA Stages 2 – 4. The project was procured under Design & Build through competitive tender. Magnitude’s role extended to Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors in the post contract period.
