Snape Farm, Crewe

The project consists of the construction of 5 new build homes in the North West of England. Magnitude’s involvement commenced at concept by providing feasibility studies and cost planning through RIBA Stages 2 – 4. The project was procured traditionally through competitive tender. Magnitude’s role extended to Quantity Surveyors in the post contract period.
