We work as the Contractor’s commercial advisor and not only advise on the contractual relationship with the Employer but also the contractual relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers.

Magnitude will procure all major sub-contracts and carry out a diligent selection process prior to making final recommendations to the Main Contractor for contract placement, ensuring that the sub-contracts are back-to-back with the Main Contract.

We ensure that change control processes are in place for every contract to maximise contractual entitlements and ensure that payment applications are made on behalf of the Contractor in a proper and timely manner to improve cashflow efficiency.

Applications made by the supply chain are valued in accordance with contract conditions to ensure that overpayments are not being made.
